What is an audio equalizer?

An equalizer is essentially a multimode filter capable of attenuating or raising different parts of a signal's frequency spectrum. In other words lowering or boosting certain frequencies.

Parameters

This equalizer is very simple yet brutally effective with three different settings, sometimes it’s all you need. When you need to get more surgical with boosting or cutting, try using our Parametric EQ instead.

Low

Low governs amplitude between 20Hz to 880Hz of the frequency spectrum.

Mid

Mid governs amplitude between 880Hz to 5 000Hz of the frequency spectrum.

High

High governs amplitude between 5 000Hz to 20 000Hz of the frequency spectrum.
